Sun-kissed food by the beach

Maresias, meaning “sea bar” is Be Tulum’s raw bar serving oysters and fresh raw elements. Varieties of raw seafood like classic tiraditos, traditional and innovative ceviches, are prepared moments before it is served on your plate. A selection of fresh oysters, salads dips and vibrant ingredients fill our menu and are combined with zesty-curated flavors, leaving you awakened with mouthwatering tastes and feeling light as the ocean breeze. Try one of the many raw plates marinated in fresh citric juices, such as our Mandarin Ceviche, the vegetable Carpaccio or a selection from our cold soups & salads, each complemented with tasty variations for individual textures and flavors of exotic sophistication.

Ocumare

Created by award-winning Michelin Star Chef Mauricio Giovanini, Ocumare Restaurant brings the first shared dining concept to Tulum, with a dramatic and tantalizing menu of small dishes inspired by flavors from around the world featuring Indian, Moroccan, Argentinian and Spanish cuisine.

Ocumare’s name is derived from a foreign cacao seed, whose finesse surpassed boundaries and changed Mexican cacao culture forever, attributed to its genuine character and nature. Such is the mission at Ocumare Restaurant, to share the highest quality of our foreign roots and world travels and enhance your culinary experience.
