Ocumare
Created by award-winning Michelin Star Chef Mauricio Giovanini, Ocumare Restaurant brings the first shared dining concept to Tulum, with a dramatic and tantalizing menu of small dishes inspired by flavors from around the world featuring Indian, Moroccan, Argentinian and Spanish cuisine.
Ocumare’s name is derived from a foreign cacao seed, whose finesse surpassed boundaries and changed Mexican cacao culture forever, attributed to its genuine character and nature. Be Tulum is a perfect base camp to explore the nearby Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Or go on a full-day cultural excursion to Chichén Itzá to wander the remarkable ruins, capital of the ancient Maya, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, explore the city’s sacred temples, grand pyramids and ceremonial sights as you unravel the mysteries of the Mayan civilisation.
